Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition from which you have received it. 
  • All items must have tags on them,unwashed,and show no signs of wear or damage.
  • We do not accept returns on bodysuits,white articles of clothing,accessories,swimwear, and any intimate ware.
  • Items must be free of stains, makeup, cigarette/tobacco smell, and perfume.

  • Gift cards
  • Clearance 
  • Items used with a discount code

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 1-5 business days.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Return Instructions:

  • Email hello@shopazzera.com for all returns.
  • Please include your order number or item(s) being returned.
  • All returns will be credited after item(s) are received in appropriate condition.   
  • All shipping label costs will be covered by Azzera. The customer will NOT be charged for any additional fees regarding the shipping label for returns.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@shopazzera.com.


In the unfortunate event of receiving a defective or damaged item. Please send us an email at hello@shopazzera.com and send us a picture of your item within 14 days of purchase. We will respond within 48 hours. We take pride in having quality clothing items, and will ensure that this problem is addressed immediately. 

All exchanges will be treated the same as returns. Please send us an email with the order number. In the future, feel free to comment on our social media, or send us a DM we will try to help you find the best size possible. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
